For Students Enrolled in an AP Course
AP May 2024 Exam Registration is open now. There are two steps to completing registration:
- Students need to join their AP Classroom through the College Board website (this requires having a pre-existing account or creating a new one).
- Pay for the exam on Total Registration: LHS Total Registration. Exams cost $102. If your family has qualified for the Federal Free/Reduced Program, each exam is $55.
The due date to register without a $40 late fee is NOVEMBER 8, 2023. After this date, a late fee will be applied to all courses except: 2-D Design (with Ms. Perkins) and Comparative Government. Both of these courses are 2nd semester only. The final date to order an exam is MARCH 7, 2024. There is no exception to this date. No exams will be ordered after the March date.

AP Late Testing
If you or your student is unable to take the exam on the original date, there are late exams available.

PSAT / NMSQT
PSAT/NMSQT
The Preliminary SAT (PSAT), also known as the National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (NMSQT), is standardized test structured similarly to the SAT. The exam can be used to help students measure their academic progress, practice for the SAT, and earn eligibility for scholarships. The highest performers on the exam can qualify for the National Merit Scholarship.
PSAT/NMSQT Registration
Registration for the October 2023 PSAT is now open through September 8, 2023. The PSAT will be completely digital. While the PSAT is predominantly an 11th grade exam, we do allow our 10th graders to take it as well. The cost of the exam is $20. 11th Graders who qualify for the Federal Free/Reduced Lunch Program pay $0 for the exam, but this is only for 11th graders and does not include 10th graders.
Week of October 16th: Juniors will take the exam (exact date will be announced at a later time)
Week of October 23rd: Sophomores will take the exam (again, exact date will be announced at a later time)
To register and pay for the exam, please go to Total Registration.
