[ Aviation Club ]

This club is open to all students interested in aviation as a hobby or career. Meetings are held weekly (on Wednesday) after school in Room 220. The club has a Jeppesen private pilot maneuvers multimedia training program that helps members learn about flying. The club has a flight simulator and other ground school training material to help members. Each May, the Kansas Pilot’s Association flies their personally owned aircraft to the Lawrence Airport to provide the club members an orientation flight at no charge.
